Mr. Nwosu Okeoma Elvis is notable for his outstanding experience in real estate, private aviation industry in Nigeria and as a political appointee in various capacities. Mr. Nwosu is an Economist, an alumnus of Imo State University, with a combined experience, spanning over 15 years and still counting.
In 2002, Mr. Nwosu served as the purchasing officer, Rochas Construction and Marketing Ltd, where his office was in charge of all inventory, restocking of materials and managing/keeping excellent track of all requisitions.
In 2004- 2006, he started his encounter in the aviation sector with Ambjeck Air Services Limited and conscientiously scaled through in ranks to become a station manager in record time, leaving indelible achievements during his years with the company.
In 2013 – 2015, he served in the pleasure of the then Commissioner for Lands (Mr. Ugwumba Uche Nwosu), in Imo State Government as a Senior Special Adviser. Mr. Nwosu brought his commitment & experience to bear. During this same period, he was invited by “The LANDSCAPE Team”, in London, United Kingdom and he worked to establish several business relationships with foreign investors interested in carrying out business Imo State Nigeria.
2015-2019, The Commissioner for Lands was promoted and reassigned to a special position as Chief of Staff to Imo State Government. In the light of the enormous responsibility enshrined in such exalted office, he needed personnel of repute and impeccable official status. As a result of Mr. Nwosu’s excellent record, he was redeployed to serve as the Senior Special Adviser to the Chief of Staff, Imo State Government, till the end of the administration.
In retrospect between 2003- 2005, Mr. Nwosu was appointed as Personal Assistant to Ex.-Governor Owelle Rochas Okorocha. At the advent of Nigeria sustained democracy, when Ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo, appointed Ex-Governor Okorocha as his Special Adviser on Inter-Party Affairs. Ex-Governor Okoracha envisioned the magnitude of such responsibility and needed reliable & strategic personnel on his team. He appointed Mr. Nwosu to serve in his pleasure as his Personal Assistant. Mr. Nwosu, is known for always leaving unquestionable legacy that proves his commitment to uprightness & being blunt with the truth, at every responsibility put in his charge.
He is the Founder of “23 Nigeria Limited & 23 Concepts Limited”, a company involved is wide range of investment services in the real estate sector and research & development of funding affordable housing. In December, 2018 Hisham Sadek, the Head of Minister’s Office Affairs Sector, Ministry of Investment and International Cooperation, in Egypt, in collaboration with COMESA Regional Investment Agency (RIA), requested the special visit of Mr. Nwosu, among other special guests. This opened doors of opportunities for Mr. Nwosu’s research projects. This and many others, further exposed Mr. Nwosu to a new sphere of international business networks and strengthened his research and development proficiency, which currently is being deployed in his position as the Executive Director- Research & Development in Rhino Capital Ltd.
